Foolishness + Lack of Time

After reading Laleeta Xue 's blog post about buying freebies that are not freebies, I have the same encounter. It was foolishness + lack of time that led to them.

The first incident occurred when I read from the group notice archives that there was a freebie shape at the store. I immediately went to the store and bought the shape. That was in the morning. Later, in the afternoon when I logged in, I realised that my account balance seems to be lower than before. Puzzled, I check my transaction history. Ahh! I spent 50L on the shape. I then went to the notice archives. The designer didnt say anything about the shape being free. It was all in my mind! LMAO. After this incident, I nv get freebies when my mind is sleepy.

The second incident occurred when I was in a hurry. I wanted to get a group gift dress. When I click "Join" to join the group, I found that 10L was deducted from my account! I then read the description of the group and found that the designer has imposed a 10L fee to avoid spammers. I was unhappy cos if I have known this, I wouldnt join the group. However, I didnt blame the designer. She has her reasons.

After these two incidents, I have been extra careful. However, I know I am bound to make such mistakes. It is ok. Giving money occasionally to my fav designers is a good thing too!

Falln Labyrinth

I went to Falln Labyrinth that Laleeta Xue recommends. It is really fun- just like an amusement park. I got to play skeeball which I fail miserably. By the time I throw the fifth ball, I give up. There are lots of rides just like in RL amusement park. I advise all who go for the rides, to go on mouselock mode (1st person perspective mode). I think it is more fun that way.

For the next 2 days, I dont be blogging. Need a break.

Hump Day Party and Grand Opening of tReY dOpE!!

Cen and Alicia are going to organise a Hump Day party. Details are found in my Events column. Their parties are always well-attended (is there such a word?) and you can talk about anything under the sun or listen to the music. It is not a girls' party, we have guys attending as well. Once, the guys are outnumbered the girls! The dress attire is as quoted from Cen's blog- "Fetish Fun" Put on your fetishwear: leather, latex, silks, fur...but let's try to keep it reasonable, I don't need to see attachments or girl bits LOL I'm just saying!

The dress attire is actually not compulsory but it is fun to dress to the theme. I decide that I gonna wear a latex suit which I got not so long ago. It is not fabulous but it suits the theme. For those who doesnt know what is Hump Day, Humped Day= Wed= Midday of week= gotta be weekend soon!

There is a grand opening with treasure hunt tomo (16 June) as blogged by gogolita. I gonna go and see what fabulous stuff they got there.

Talking about clothes, Fabfree blogs about a 150L gift card today. I went to visit the store, joins its group but I never got the gift card. I was disappointed and wonder what happens. Maybe someone can enlighten me?
