I find some of the tips useful. I am speaking from my personal experience. Wearing revealing clothes will get you picked up but is dependent on the place where you are in. Being strange will deter people too (yes it will). However, I find it hard to abide to all the tips. I am not a very sociable person but I find it hard not to socialise at all.

Look for two colors of pink hearts, one marked mothers and the other for daughters.

Prizes only for mothers and daughters?

Other than clothes, there are items available for all genders. Furniture is a one of them. The clothes that are specified for daughters may or may not suit the adults and vice versa.

Weekly blogging kicks in

Weekly blogging kicks in this week as a new school year has began. I am a little sad because this marks my final year in school. School life is the best as compared to the working life. For instance, the working world doesn’t grant holidays as generously as the school does.

On the other hand, I would still be in SL often because bunneh made me do it (http://dorks.wordpress.com/2009/08/07/bunneh-made-me-do-it).

However, bunneh will not be able to drag me to SL when the project datelines and quizzes kick in. :D

Months ago, my friend and I went to Virtual Tangs, a Singapore retailer who just started a store in SL. Out of the blue, we started playing. Thank goodness there were very few people around.

During my internship, I have to pass by this café on my way to work and when I leave my workplace. This café has a big sign saying “Have the courage to live a crazy life! I can’t remember whether there is an exclamation mark on the sign but it inspires me to step out of my routine working life.
