Sailor Moon Lingerie in Second Life

I recently succumbed to the temptation to play the Gacha Machine in an attempt to get the Sailor Moon Lingerie. Reason: I watched Sailor Moon Anime as a kid and often had to rush home from Tuition to watch it. I also love to read the Sailor Moon comics that I borrowed from the library. Although I don't read or watch Japanese Anime (except for Doramen) now, I still remember Sailor Moon and some of its characters.

I played once (once is good enough lar) and win the Mars Outfit!

There are 2 Gacha Machines, one for lingerie, the other for the wand. The lingerie costs L$50 each play. The wand costs L$75 each play. Hence, buying the lingerie sounds more worthwhile.

The very next day I wore the Mars Outfit at Eturnal Night Sim. I was outside the Sweet Poison\o/Club when a guy IMed me asking whether I am Female or not. I noticed a few guys like to ask this question. Does it matter? After I answered his question, I logged out to do other things. After I logged back, he left an IM asking whether I like to dance with him or not. Guess this outfit must be HOT to the guys haha.

Chacha Doll in Snow

I changed the blog layout as it will be Chinese New Year soon so everything have to be red. Hence, apology for causing eye sore. I will change the blog layout after Chinese New Year and when I log in to blog (which I don't know when).

Tashi gifted me the Chacha Doll. It is after some research, I found out that they are from The Arcade Dec 13. Mine is the Puppy Doll. I like that the doll looks unique and scary so I can walk around and have people staring at me (same feeling as aemeth has with her own unique avatars).

How to know that you are addicted to Second Life?

1.       While doing RL (real life) things like brushing teeth, you thought of Second Life (SL).

“Damn, I forget to delete an item in my inventory folder.”

“I left my avatar in her bikini! Why didn’t I change to proper clothes before I log out! Who knows- someone will see me when I log in?

2.       You think of what to do when you log in to Second Life instead of more important things like what jobs to apply for.

3.       You feel like logging on to Second Life website so that you can see whether your friend(s) is online in SL. If someone is online, you will have a good reason to “persuade” yourself to log in to SL even though it is bedtime.

4.       You tell yourself that you must write this post before you go to sleep tonight.

1. What’s your SL name? RedIce Cioc

2. What made you choose this name? I saw the Crocs shoes on display and thought they were nice and cute. Hence, I wanted my last name to be similer to Crocs ... Cioc! As I am very bad with pronunciation  I choose a simple name. Unfortunately the name "Ice" and "Icy" was taken so I took Second Life's suggestion of "RedIce".

3. What’s your SL nickname, or what do most people call you? (if applicable) Red, Redice (cos putting the cap on I is quite troublesome). 

4. What’s your SL display name? Why do you choose to have one? (if applicable) When I am in my male avatar, I will choose any male name that I fancy at that time as a display name.

5. Do you like your SL name? Not really because it is too common. However, I still like it to a certain extent as it is simple to pronounce.

A simple Panda

I long to have the DP Yumyum avatar (see post 1 and post 2). I didn't get it mostly because of the price (L$600) and the animal (I am not into bunny and sheep av). When i saw the panda av on CSR Rally, I thought I should give a try.

The result is not bad (after I figure out that I was wearing the wrong head):

To make the deal sweeter, I bought it for 100L. This is because the panda av is one of CSR rally prize (Information about the rally is found here)

The 100L item that I bought is great (yes better than the panda). It is a bowing gesture by KAMI-HITOE. There are 2 kinds- I bought the Chinese one:

Today I went to clear up my stuff at my skybox. My stay in the skybox is more or less up. Tashi is nice to provide me a room to stay. However, I cant just have a room and do nothing.

Here’s come the cat housekeeper!

Tashi wants to get the cats to mate quickly. Hence, I decide to cuddle them everyday, for half an hour for as long as I have the time. My first cat I take care of is Blast.

Upclose on Blast. SL likes to give me the “face” problem.

To say the truth, I find it weird that cuddling the cats could speed up mating. Arent they suppose to mate naturally?

I took part in the Eturnal Night raffle contest and won a skybox for a month! I am actually a bit paiseh (embarrassed) for winning it cos I dont usually enter  attend their events due to late nights. Well, I hope to be able to contribute to Eturnal Night in one way or another.

Age gracefully

I started working since last Sept. This week, my colleague and I discuss about aging gracefully. In our line, late nights are unavoidable. My colleague commented that the female colleagues that join the firm a year later, “depreciate” a lot more than a typical girl of the same age. He, being a guy probably is right (since guys are more observant of girls lol). Well I certainly hope I can age gracefully.
